Item · Main branchSword of Stone
Where Sword of Stone comes from and how it transforms into Sword of Jade.
Quick answer
Sword of Stone is an event relic obtained from Sunken Statue. After you defeat five Elite enemies while carrying it, it transforms into Sword of Jade. Sword of Jade grants 3 Strength at the start of each combat.
| Source | Sunken Statue event |
|---|---|
| Requirement | Defeat 5 Elites |
| Transforms into | Sword of Jade |
| Completed effect | +3 Strength each combat |
How to upgrade it
Take Sword of Stone from the Sunken Statue event, then defeat five Elites. The relic tracks those wins and transforms automatically when the requirement is met.
The requirement is five Elite kills in the current Early Access data. Older pre-release references may show four, which is why checking the version matters.
Pathing implications
Sword of Stone has no completed-relic payoff until you finish the Elite requirement. Before taking it, count realistic Elite opportunities on the remaining map and make sure your current deck can survive the route.
Once transformed, the permanent 3 Strength at combat start is especially useful for attacks that hit multiple times and for decks that already scale with Strength.
